RollaDome All Skate

We provide roller skating lessons & Educational programs for young people from age 4. We have run a number of successful school holiday projects, youth and community engagement projects and family events. We are committed to providing roller skating as a positive and healthy recreational activity for, but not exclusively to, young people. We aim to improve their health and fitness, educational and recreational attainment and in doing so provide a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn valuable skills, improve their dexterity and have fun while doing so! We aim to promote good health and run several projects on healthy eating and nutrition and are proud of being one of the Department of Health’s Change for Life’s partners.

Logistics Manager

The logistics manager will handle processes involved in a supply chain, liaising with a variety of parties including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

Experience of general office administration and Microsoft Office programmes Use of databases including inputting and retrieving data, and producing reports, Experience in a senior logistical management capacity Ability to cope well under pressure and adapt to changing demands and requirements Possess an excellent eye for detail and organisational skills.

The ability to work within deadlines and should achieve the targets. Excellent time management skills and should be able to prioritise tasks under pressure. An awareness of and strategic response to external influences, such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental pressures, is vital. Events Project Officers

The Events and Projects Officer is to plan and execute all RollaDome events. These include our RollaDome Discos, skate schools and family events. In order to be successful in this role, the Events and Projects Officer must work with all people in the organisation and outside suppliers, including venues, suppliers and partners. On the days of the event, problem solving, creativity and determination all are key attributes in making a successful event. Scope of the Job:

1) To organise all RollaDome events and to coordinate fundraising events for the general public in order to deliver agreed income and profile targets.
2) To liaise and negotiate with outside suppliers to obtain the best possible quote for a non profit organisation, such as RollaDome All Skate
3) To develop and maintain knowledge of the fundraising market and be familiar with RollaDome All Skate activities.
4) Project planning for each event.

Develops, implements and delivers effective fundraising and marketing activities in order to deliver agreed annual targets for solicited and unsolicited gross and net income growth.

Project Manager

Researching and booking venues for Projects/courses and negotiating venue costs and terms and conditions of the booking 1) Brief external contractors when applicable for stand requirements – Organise set up at the venue, this may include some overnight stays or working weekends

2) Organising personnel and briefing before and during the project

3) Organising team accommodation and travel arrangements where applicable – Create a schedule of Projects and distribute to team – Oversee all project administration

4) Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to ensure that all printed collateral is up to date and available

5) Work in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure that project attendance runs in line with project objectives.

6)Manage Projects budget.

The Projects Manager is responsible for researching, planning and overseeing exhibitions and Projects for the Organsation. The focus of the Projects Managers role is to identify new and relevant project opportunities.

Community Grants Officer

To promote and provide funding advice for RollaDome All Skate and to help, support and initiate funding advice through appropriately processed funding bids, working with the local community, organisations, partner agencies and volunteers.

Marketing Manager will be responsible for all components in the marketing mix; events, advertising and communications. D Key Responsibilities

1) To achieve a fundraising target agreed with board of Trustees

2) To identify grant making trusts and foundations, to research their funding programmes and ensure that approaches are well targeted

3) To identify new avenues of income and to develop successful fundraising initiatives, particularly in the world of theatre and media

4) In cooperation with relevant colleagues, to package up projects suitable for funding

5) To write and submit applications, including budgets, to potential funders

6) To develop and maintain relationships with existing and new trusts and charitable foundations including research, applications, reports and cultivation of relationships

7) To develop and manage a contact programme of funding bodies and to create and maintain a filing system and appropriate data records of the Committee Members Chair

8) To develop, maintain and manage an appropriate post application follow up procedure and in particular ensuring that thanks are expressed to all grant/ trust and foundations/ corporate respondents and/ or boards irrespective of the outcome of an application.

9) To meet long term and annual income targets as agreed by the CEO and the board of Trustees

10) To manage, record and report on financial information, and on grant income, including producing fundraising reports and analysis. Reporting against income targets and liaising with the CEO and Trustees on overall income projections.

To secure income for RollaDome’s activities from Charitable Trusts, Foundations, Individual and Statutory and Institutional funders.
To assist in managing the portfolio of grant and trust donors of RollaDome and to identify and maximise opportunities

Administration Manager

The Admin manager manages all aspects of our Admin services and team and provides administrative support to various departments, as well as dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing and filing. They keep an account of the expenditure of the company and purchases printed materials and forms.

Plan, direct, or coordinate support services for the organisation, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist and other office support services as and when needed.

Must have:
– Excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal.
